Print ads in the music space – they are certainly a necessary part of any proper marketing campaign, but in today’s mobile-first landscape they pose a unique challenge:

How do we link the physical world with the digital?

For these ads in Revolver, Alternative Press & Decibel Magazines, I utilized the newly introduced Spotify scannable album covers to allow fans to use their smartphones to stream music on Spotify directly from the magazine ad.  At the time, no other label was using this technology.
